| We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to sell leading inventory of art and services to corporate clients. This is a busines development/sales position, with an opportunity for great earnings. Compensation will be a base salary plus commission with outstanding accelerators. |
| |
| The ideal candidate will have a strong business development and sales background, a proven track record of generating leads and closing sales, and be adept at: |
| |
| 1. Cold-calling and finding decision makers. |
| 2. Building up a pipeline. |
| 3. Understanding financial tools for selling art, including commercial leasing. |
| 4. Assisting in the developing of marketing materials and other resources necessary for sales. |
| 5. Closing and maximizing revenue over the life-cycle of the client. |
| |
| The ideal candidate will have contacts in corporate facilities, commercial real estate, corporate interior design, and also have a basic understanding of art and design. |
| |
| We intend to ramp up this department very quickly, so the position may lead to an opportunity to help build, structure and manage a corporate sales force. |
